TR7 transceiver, army green, for 19" rack
mounting. This is the TR7 and not the TR4310. It has the same PTO-unit,
but there's no analog frequency readout as found on the hamversion of the TR7.
The unit seen below is a rotor control unit made
by Standard Radio in Sweden.
This setup with the TR7 was found in Sweden and it
was probably a unit the Swedish Army bought for evalution. But they did not go
for it, so no more units were made. The green color on the TR7 is exactly the
same colour used on other army equipment in Sweden. Made they sent some paint
over to Drake when the ordered this transceiver for evaluation?
