"De par ma position au sein de la CRM tous les récepteurs commercialisés par la Société faisait l'objet d'un test préliminaire dont le Directeur général m'en confiait la charge.
Le CRM 3928 a été commercialisé début 1975 il a subi différentes modifications mineures de façon à recevoir l'avis favorable du C.N.E.T pour son homologation suivant le P.V. d'essai R 132 en début 1977. les matériels homologués portaient le label " CRM 3928 B "Tous les récepteurs commercialisés par la CRM et dont le numéro de série était inférieur à 1280 ont fait l'objet d'un retour en agence pour mise en conformité avec la réglementation et être rebaptisé sous le nouveau label
